The Foundation
Since 2003, Art Build Up has developed, built, and managed over 150,000 square meters of property across three asset classes — residential, commercial office, and hospitality — including the Twins Centre complex, which it constructed and owns in full. Its commercial property portfolio carries long-standing tenancies with Swiss and German technology companies, averaging ten years per contract.
The Venture
Symhold was founded within the family behind Art Build Up. It operates the group of assets the family’s development company built and owns — the rooftop antenna platform, the data center, and the surrounding commercial space — as integrated, technology-ready tenancies. Symhold carries the operation end to end: tenancy structuring, technical adaptation, fit-out coordination — one operator, from first site visit to live operation.
