Privacy Policy
Symhold (“we”) operates this website to present our facility and to receive site-visit inquiries. This notice explains what personal data we process and why.
What we collect. When you contact us through the site-visit form, we receive the details you submit: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp instead, we receive the details you choose to share through that channel.
Why we process it. We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and arrange the requested site visit or follow-up conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you initiate (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where discussions proceed, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How it travels and where it lives. Form submissions are delivered to our company inbox via a form-delivery provider (Web3Forms) and are then stored in our email system (Google Workspace). We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we send no marketing communications.
How long we keep it. Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.
Cookies and analytics. This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД). To exercise any right, write to contact@symhold.com.
